TLC Real Estate Services offers transaction coordinator services. We do as much or as little as you are comfortable with. If you have an item that we do not offer as one of our normal services, we can easily add it to our workflow. We are licensed in Colorado and comply with DORA's requirements for licensed transaction coordinators. Since we are licensed we meet the continuing education requirements, including the Annual Update. This keeps us current on compliance and contract requirements.

We work with Agents from many Brokerages. Our experience has given us the knowledge to navigate a number of Brokerage compliance systems, Brokerage portals, and DA procedures. If we have not worked for your Brokerage yet, we are excited to learn new systems.

Our experience comes from working on over 800 files. Every transaction is unique. We have systems in place to roll with the changes.
